We offer a “Satisfied or Refunded” guarantee applicable for 24 hours following your initial purchase.
If you experience technical difficulties that prevent you from accessing our service within the first 24 hours, you are eligible to request a full refund.
This guarantee applies only to your first subscription with us and does not apply to renewals.
A refund will be granted only if the technical issue is determined to be a direct result of our server infrastructure or service delivery. Examples include:
Persistent server downtime.
Failure to deliver login credentials (M3U URL or Xtream Codes) within the promised timeframe.
Major channel outages that are not resolved within a reasonable period.
Refunds will not be issued for issues outside of our direct control. These include, but are not limited to:
Internet Connection: Slow speeds, high latency (buffering), or stability issues caused by your Internet Service Provider (ISP).
ISP Blocking: Your ISP blocking IPTV services (we recommend using a VPN in such cases).
Device Configuration: Incorrect setup of the application (TiviMate, IBO Player, etc.) or hardware incompatibility.
Customer Error: Accidental purchase of the wrong plan or a “change of mind” after the 24-hour window has passed.
Content Availability: The removal or change of specific channels or VOD titles, as our library is updated daily to maintain quality in 2026.
Refund requests will be voided if a user is found to be in violation of our Usage Policy—specifically, attempting to use a single-connection subscription on multiple devices simultaneously, which leads to automatic account suspension.

A description of the technical issue.
Screenshots or videos showing the error on your device.

Once a refund is approved, it will be processed immediately. Please note that depending on your financial institution, it may take 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear back in your account or digital wallet.
